Y3 Museum trip

Our Y3 Blackbirds went out to Warrington Museum for a day packed full of Ancient Egyptian activities. We entered an ancient civilisation learning and drawing artefacts from the past as well as writing our own cryptic message in hieroglyphics!

We then had a tour further around the museum and made our own Shabti creations out of clay!

In the afternoon, we had a music session where we used chime bars and Ipad technology to create our own Egyptian rhythms and compositions.

A wonderful day of pre learning about our upcoming topic!

Loving to learn,
learning to love like Jesus
